കേരള മീൻ കറി (Kerala Fish Curry)

King fish or any fish-500gms
Shallots/small onion-10
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1tbsp
Normal chilli powder-1tbsp
Curry leaves
Kodapulli/tamarind-1 medium sized soaked in warm water
salt as per your taste
coconut oil-2tbsp

Grind shallots and turmeric and chilly powders without adding water.Heat coconut oil in earthen pot add the ground mixture and curry leaves and saute till the raw smell goes away.Add tamarind water along with the kudampuli. Add required water for gravy and let it boil.Once its boiled add the cleaned fish pieces and cook for ten minutes and you will find oil separated and fish cooked. Your yummy fish curry is ready😊
