All purpose flour-1cup
Water and salt as required
Sesame or ajwain seeds a pinch
Potato cooked and mashed-1cup

Take flour salt and oil in a bowl and mix well.Now add sesame or ajwain seeds and water as required and knead a firm dough.Keep under wet towel for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan add turmeric powder, gram flour,chilly powder,garam masala and fennel powder.Saute till raw smell goes away.Add mashed potatoes to this and required salt and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes in low flame and switch off.
Heat oil in deep pan.
Now divide dough to 12 lemon sized balls.Roll each ball to egg shape and make 3 to 4 semi cuts in middle.Now take a ball of filling roll in elongated shape and keep on rolled dough ball and seal it in and twist the ends like toffee.Likewise do with the other dough balls and filling.
Start frying flipping sides till golden brown.
