Green chilly-3 slitted
Ginger and garlic crushed-1/2tbsp
Tomato puree from 1 big tomato
Coconut milk-1/4 cup
Salt as required
Heat oil preferably coconut oil.Add green chilly ginger garlic and then onions and curry leaves sprinkle some salt and saute till slightly golden.Now add tomato puree to this and saute for five minutes.Add the masala powders(turmeric chiilly powder coriander garam masala fennel and pepper) and cook till oil seperates.Now add the cleaned crab pieces and water along with required salt and cover and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.After ten minutes add the coconut milk mix and let it thicken in low flame.
Once its thickened well adjust salt..sprinkle little fennel powder sugar garam masala and pepper on top and a drop of coconut oil on top.
Your delicious spicy Crab roast is ready.
