POEM: Pilgrims Marching On! By Prince Thomas, IND

When weighed with burdens,
With darkness that saddens,
While the path seems tough,
Look ahead for He is enough!

When clouds wail distress,
With numbness that oppress,
While strength seems deprive,
March ahead for He is alive!

When hearts begin to break,
With no dreams to partake,
While sight seems unclear,
Conquer ahead for He is near!

When light begins to fade,
With darkness all overlaid,
While none near to chide,
Lead ahead for He is thy guide!

Grace aids me to look ahead!
Hope exclaims to march ahead!
Spirit whispers to conquer ahead!
Jesus is near to lead ahead!
