All purpose flour-1 1/2cup
Salt a pinch
Water as required
Saffron a pinch
Take melted butter yoghurt oil sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well.To this add flour and baking soda and mix till it forms like crumbs.Now add water as required to form a smooth dough.Cover and rest dough for 45 minutes.
Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar in water till ut reaches ine string consistency and add lemon juice and cardamom powder and switch off.
Heat oil in pan on high.Shape the dough to lemon sized balls and desired shape.Add a pinch of dough in oil and if it ouffs up immediately oil is ready.
Drop 3 dough balls ehich is shaped into oil and switch off.Let it cook in preheated oil and switch on flame once bubbles stop.Flip and cook them till golden brown.Drain on tissue.Repeat same with other dough balls.Soak the drained badushah in warm sugar syrup for 2 minutes and take out when hot.
