Seeking a Senior Pastor, effective start by April 2022

We are seeking a full-time Senior Pastor who is able to lead, teach, preach, and care for our church with a passion for Christ, and His Church. He must be able to provide spiritual and pastoral leadership to the whole spectrum of the congregation which includes children, youth, young adults, and adults. He will be required to oversee all Ministries and work with the church’s leadership on programs and initiatives which will encourage and lead the congregation to greater spiritual growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
❖ Lead and preach in the weekly services.
❖ Ensure that the congregants are well cared for by different existing ministries.
❖ Provide counselling and conduct visitation of church attendees as needed.
❖ Attend regular Board Meetings, and of other committees as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
❖ Must be an ordained minister of a reputed Pentecostal Church with at least 7 years of full-time pastoral experience leading an average-sized church. (Preferably overseas)
❖ Must be a graduate from an accredited and recognized Theological Seminary with a minimum bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is an asset.
❖ Must be proficient to lead and minister fluently in English & Malayalam
❖ Age preference 40-50 and must be married.
❖ Open to pastors from any denominations but preference is given for pastors from North America
