KCA based out of Toronto, Canada is one of the largest Malayalee Pentecostal Churches in North America. We are a multi-generational church and has maintained its commitment to its Pentecostal heritage of worshipping Jesus Christ, preaching and teaching the complete biblical truth since 1992. KCA Toronto, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Youth Pastor who will be involved in various KCA ministries. The Youth Pastor candidate should maintain a strong personal walk with the Lord and encouraging youth and young adults to discover and use their spiritual gifts. He must be team-oriented, and able to work with the Administrative Board and Senior Pastor and able to complement and encourage the abilities of pastors involved in various church ministries.

The preferable candidate will possess the following qualifications.

i. Shall be an individual who is not less than twenty-seven (27) years of age, spiritually matured and leading a healthy married life

ii. Shall be born again, baptized through water baptism by immersion and have the experience of baptism in the Holy Spirit.

iii. Shall be of fine spiritual quality who takes leadership role as per 1 Peter 5: 1-3, sound in biblical teaching and talented to promote joy and unity among youth (Eph. 4:16)

iv. Shall demonstrate satisfactory spiritual maturity, set good example in the congregation as one who has a personal relationship with the Lord

v. Shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Theology or an acceptable Christian theological education and training from a recognized institution, with minimum of three (3) years of continuous (collective) ministerial experience among the youth at recognisable Pentecostal churches. He shall be fluent in English language and familiar with the Pentecostal heritage and culture of Kerala

vi. Shall be able to conduct services in English
