Jesus said, “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.” -Matthew 5:27‭-‬29

Now others verses of the scriptures also makes it clear that pornography is sin. We ourselves feel in our inner mind that we are doing wrong if we watch pornography. It’s our conscience talking to us. God has put his laws into our conscience because we were made in God’s image. Also the Spirit of God talks with us in a lighter sound and convinces us that we are doing wrong.

This happens with any sin, some may struggle with porn, others may struggle with another sin, “For out of the heart come evil thoughts—murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander.”
(Matthew 15:19)

If we know we are doing wrong then what to do?

Check this verse,
“For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.”
Romans 6:14

Sin (any sin) can’t rule (control) a person who is under grace.

Then how to be under grace?

There are two conditions based on your state, If you haven’t accepted Jesus as your Lord follow 1. point. If you have already done it and struggle with sin follow 2. point.

1. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour who died for you sins and was raised to life by God the Father. Then you will be saved. (Romans 6:23)

Pray this prayer, “Jesus Lord, I am a sinner; but Jesus Lord, I believe that you died for all my sins, wash me clean Lord, I also believe that you were raised to life to live forever. Please be with me forever to guide me in your path Lord. Let your will become my will. Father God thank you for extending your grace. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

2. If you have already accepted Jesus as Lord the only thing you have to do is to recognize that sin can’t rule over you because you are now under God’s grace. Sin is not over you, You are over sin. By accepting Jesus as Lord, you have not only enter to Life from dead, but also have overcome the devil. (1 John 3:14 ,1 John 2:14)

Pray this prayer, “Jesus my Lord, I know I have crossed from death to Life in your Name. I know this because God justifies anyone freely according to his grace by the redemption that came by Christ Jesus (Romans 3:25). I struggling with this sin (specify your sin) Lord. Please liberate me. Please fill me with your Holy Spirit do that I can walk with you. I humble myself before you Lord. Look onto me Lord with mercy. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
