Recipe: Egg-less Microwave Pistachio&Rose-milk Marble Cake

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 1/2cup
Sugar-3/4cup
Milk-2/3cup
Veg oil-7tbsps
Yoghurt-3tbsps
Baking powder-1 1/2tsp
Baking soda-a pinch
Pistachios powdered-3 tbsps
Pista or Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Rose essence-1/2tsp
Pink and green food colour
Salt a pinch
Method
Seive flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt and keep aside.
Take milk,oil,yoghurt and sugar in a bowl and whisk till combined.
To this add the seived dry mixture into the wet mixture and gently combine.
Now divide the batter into half.To one half add powdered pistachios,pista or vanilla essence and  few drops of green food colour.
Next half add rose essence and few drops of pink food colour and mix.
Take a microwave safe bowl and grease with oil and line with baking paper.
Now the batters in layers as you desire creating patterns with a knife.
Tap gently and bake on high for 5 minutes first then on medium for 2 minutes.
Let it remain in microwave for another 30minutes without opening after its put off.
Then take out and cool the cake.
Cut and serve the soft and yummiest Eggless Microwave Pistachio&Rosemilk flavoured cake😍
